SHIPMENTS

We ship within Sweden and to all EU countries. 

Your order will be packed within 24 hours and shipped immediately to your home/ appointed delivery address as per your order.

Please be aware delivery delays can occur.

‎RETURNS (Sweden only)

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package. If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below:‎

‎1. Send an e-mail to: ‎‎Hello@butfirstchampagne.shop with your order number and reason why you want to make a return. After that, we will send you a return slip and a form that must be filled in for the return to be approved. A ‎‎return postage of 79 SEK will be added when you choose to make a return.‎
‎2. The products returned must be in original condition, unbroken packaging and unused and have any tags left.‎
‎3. Once we receive the return, we will make a refund within 14 days. We always make an assessment of the returned goods - if the product is broken, scratched, used or delayed, it will affect the refund. ‎

‎DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?‎‎ ‎

‎Please return the products you do not want to keep following steps 1-3 above, under the heading RETURNS, and place a new order for what you wish.‎

 

‎DO YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT?‎‎ ‎

‎Should your jewelry be defective in any way or damaged, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. ‎‎ If you want to complain about a product, please contact: Hello@butfirstchampagne.shop. 

 

‎GIFT CARDS‎

We have no right of exchange or open purchase on gift cards at this point.

‎SPECIAL ORDERS/ PERSONALIZED ITEMS and returns

‎Open purchase/ returns does not apply to special orders/ personalized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that are specially ordered via any order method.

 

‎COSTS‎

A return postage of 79 SEK‎‎ will be added when you choose to make a return ‎‎that is deducted at the time of repayment‎‎. The customer‎‎ is responsible for the product arriving at BUT FIRST CHAMPAGNE, therefore please save the tracking number.

If the customer has received the wrong product, BUT FIRST CHAMPAGNE is responsible for all return costs.‎
